THR Enterprises, Inc. was founded in Norfolk, Virginia in 1995. THR's commitment to pursuing excellence and delivering quality has earned it a solid reputation among its clients as a strong, well-managed company. Its core philosophy is to deliver excellent service and a high degree of efficiency in company operations.

Since its inception THR has completed numerous successful projects for the military from vehicle maintenance facilities to new child development centers. Significant growth with THR's Design-Build capability has been realized through projects such as these. THR has had a very successful tenure in SBA's 8(a) program. This provided the means to expand in other areas and provided the financial strength enjoyed today. THR still remains a moving force in the area of military construction and its work with federal agencies. While supplying a vast array of multi-discipline services, THR has grown in the private sector, designing and building commercial office buildings and planning and developing large residential communities and has expanded geographically throughout Virginia and into North Carolina.

THR Enterprises holds a Class "A" Virginia Contracting license, and is HUB ZONE certified with the Small Business Administration. It is also registered as a minority owned company within the Commonwealth of Virginia.


THR Enterprises has extensive contracting experience with particular emphasis on Design-Build projects, having supervised construction and renovation of office buildings, restaurants, marinas, housing developments, schools, and hospitals. It has collaborated on miles of road and curb building projects, including earthwork and utility installation. There is a division dedicated exclusively to fiber optic and CAT 5 cabling, for both inside and outside plant work.


THR's goal is to constantly improve the quality of service provided to its customers. This is accomplished by first, establishing a strict adherence to quality in order to impartially evaluate how well service is provided. Second, management personnel will be used to teach and recommend improved methods, and to monitor current practices in order to maintain efficient service.
