Design-Build Projects

Approach

THR Enterprises has been and remains motivated in meeting the needs of each project from beginning to end. In many instances, the best value of overall service to the client is the "design/build" approach. This approach streamlines the often fragmented process of design, design analysis, submittals review and approval, subcontractor coordination, and project construction.

THR has a strong commitment to design/build work, and knows the A&E phase of a project is critical to its overall success. Toward that end, THR, the designer, and relative subcontractors meet as often as necessary to prepare a complete, functional design. This procedure expedites the design and ultimately the construction, while making the project as economically feasible as possible and providing a product of impeccable quality.

As the design develops, the "team" continues to move forward by incorporating submittal preparation and review into the design process. As construction begins, the team works together to complete the design. The team will build the project together to guarantee this project meets the needs of the client and provides the highest quality possible at a fair and reasonable price.
